Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for our automotive service and tire operation in Belleville, IL. This full-time role requires leading daily store activities, coaching a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage recruiting, performance standards, inventory, and safety/regulatory compliance, while analyzing metrics and maintaining strong P&L oversight. 5+ years of experience and proficiency with POS/data tools are essential.
