Role Overview: The Store Manager is responsible for leading daily store operations, managing teams, driving sales and profitability, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent customer service in an automotive service and tire environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to provide a customer-first experience, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach staff to enhance performance and engagement.
• Manage store metrics and execute action plans to meet sales, profit, and operational targets.
• Own store P&L, controlling costs, optimizing inventory, and driving revenue growth.
• Handle inventory management, customer escalations, vendor relations, and store safety and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment; adapt to flexible schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years in automotive service, retail, or store management with a proven success record.
• Strong leadership, customer service, sales, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing performance metrics, budgets, labor, and inventory.
• Proficiency with POS systems, data analysis, and operational tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass MVR check.

Preferred Qualifications

Automotive or mechanical experience, store or multi-department retail leadership, ASE or technical certifications, and a state inspector license if applicable.
