LKQ Corporation in Greensboro, NC, seeks an experienced Technical Support Specialist for the PB&E sales organization. You will provide customer-level support, perform product demonstrations and line trials, and train accounts on paint application and repair processes to enhance customer output.

Responsibilities include addressing product failures, assisting color issues for key accounts, supporting new account installations, and reviewing repair processes for product compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related automotive refinishing experience.
• 5+ years automotive refinishing experience preferred.
• I-CAR certifications preferred.
• Strong color-matching abilities and training in waterborne paints.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support at the customer level for PB&E sales.
• Demonstrate products and run line trials for prospects and customers.
• Conduct in-shop product training for new and existing accounts.
• Resolve product failures and identify systemic causes with solutions.
• Assist with color issues for key accounts and new installations.
• Review repair processes to ensure proper product use and output.
