LKQ Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to join our technical support team in Augusta, GA. You will provide customer-focused technical assistance to drive sales growth and improve retention, including product demonstrations and in-shop training for accounts.

The role emphasizes problem resolution, color matching, and collaboration with sales and installation teams to ensure correct product use and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• 5+ years of automotive refinishing experience recommended.
• Completion of paint manufacturers' training in waterborne paint application.
• Strong color-matching abilities.
• I-CAR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support at the customer level to support sales growth and retention.
• Demonstrate products and run line trials for customers.
• Conduct in-shop product training for accounts as needed.
• Resolve product failures and identify systemic causes to prevent recurrence.
• Assist with color issue resolutions for key accounts.
• Support sales and installation of new accounts and review repair processes.
