LKQ Corporation seeks a technically skilled support specialist to back PB&E sales, demonstrate products, train customers, and resolve issues. The role involves color matching, repair process reviews, and collaboration with account teams to drive growth.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years related experience, and relevant automotive refinishing background with waterborne paint training and I-CAR certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience preferred.
• 5+ years of automotive refinishing experience strongly preferred.
• Completion of paint manufacturers' training in waterborne paint application.
• Strong color-matching abilities and I-CAR certifications.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support at the customer level to aid sales growth and retention.
• Perform product demonstrations and line trials for customers.
• Conduct in-shop product training for new and existing accounts.
• Resolve product failures and identify systemic causes and solutions.
• Support color issues with key accounts and assist sales/installations.
• Provide technical review of repair processes related to products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
