Job summary

LKQ Corporation seeks a technically skilled professional to support PB&E sales and customer retention with a strong focus on color matching and product use. The role involves product demonstrations, in-shop training, and resolving product issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years refinishing experience, color-matching abilities, and I-CAR or paint training. This position is based in Greensboro, NC and requires a hands-on, customer-facing approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some college coursework desired.
• 5+ years automotive refinishing experience preferred.
• Completion of paint manufacturers' training in waterborne paint application.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support at customer level to support sales growth and customer retention.
• Demonstrate products and conduct line trials for customers.
• Provide in-shop product training for new and existing accounts as required.
• Resolve product failures and identify systemic causes to prevent recurrence.
• Support color issues with key accounts and assist in new account installations.
• Review repair processes to ensure proper use of products and enhance customer output.
