LKQ Corporation seeks a motivated leader to oversee location performance, including quality assurance, customer satisfaction, inventory management, safety and gross margin. You will work across departments, including warehouse and distribution, guiding staff to deliver top-grade products and service.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, managing KPIs for growth and efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing Lean Daily Management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in a lead/supervisor role or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate a Company vehicle.
• Proficiency with MS Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee location performance across quality, safety, inventory, and gross margin.
• Lead and develop staff; set goals and coach.
• Manage KPIs for growth, productivity, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with departments including warehouse and distribution.
• Travel may be required 30–35%.

Supervisory ResponsibilitiesManage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards.
