Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a motivated sales associate in Atlanta to promote sales of new and existing auto parts and deliver excellent customer service. You will evaluate customer needs, provide information on pricing, warranties, and delivery times, and process orders accurately.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of related experience, and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years of related automotive sales or customer service experience preferred.
• College coursework or degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and parts pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders, etc.).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, delays, and additional information.
• Process orders – entry, pricing, quantities, and shipping data; may dispatch orders.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
