Job summary

LKQ Corporation in Tulsa, OK seeks a Technical Support specialist to back PB&E sales by delivering demonstrations, training, and expert color-matching to customers. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED plus 3+ years of related experience, with 5+ years in automotive refinishing, and holds I-CAR certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support at the customer level for PB&E sales organization.
• Perform product demonstrations and line trials for prospective and existing customers.
• In-shop product training for new and existing accounts as required.
• Resolution of product failures and identifying systemic causes with solutions.
• Support resolution of color issues with key accounts.
• Support sales and installation of new accounts.
• Provide technical review of the repair process focused on product-related matters.
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Equipment practices during work hours.
