Job summary

LKQ Corp is seeking motivated sales professionals to maintain and grow customer relationships, drive new business, and support delivery and inventory needs. You will expand wallet share across paint, PBE, and allied products, while contributing to branch sales and profitability targets.

The role involves proactive prospecting, on-site support, and training customers on electronic ordering platforms to improve ordering efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; additional computer software training preferred.
• Prior sales experience preferred with ability to prospect and convert leads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell to new and existing customers daily; convert leads to customers.
• Prospect and acquire new customers within the territory through engagement.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue with paint, PBE, and allied products.
• Manage customer inventory and support on-site deliveries to ensure uptime.
• Drive adoption of electronic ordering platforms and CRM usage.
• Deliver high-service experiences and maintain safe work practices.
