Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a results-driven sales professional to build and maintain strong customer relationships in the Dubuque area. You will prospect new customers, manage orders, and support inventory and service delivery to maximize branch sales.

Ideal candidates have automotive knowledge and experience in sales or account management, with proficiency in CRM and MS Office. Expect a dynamic field role with early mornings and some weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; basic software training encouraged.
• Experience in sales preferred; automotive refinish knowledge helpful.
• Proven ability to identify customer needs and translate to solutions.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell to customers daily; convert leads to sales.
• Prospect and acquire new customers within territory; expand wallet share.
• Manage inventory and on-site service support; ensure timely deliveries.
• Support product rollouts; promote adoption of electronic ordering platforms.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and drive retention and growth.
