LKQ Corporation is seeking a motivated Sales Representative in Maryland. You will solicit and present automotive refinish products to new and existing customers, work to convert leads, and drive revenue across paint, PBE and related products.

The role emphasizes field-based customer engagement, inventory management, and on-time deliveries, with a strong focus on retention and service quality. A high school diploma or GED is required, and previous sales experience is preferred.

• Additional computer software training or knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, present product and sell to new and existing customers daily.
• Gather market information and support new customer acquisition
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue with paint, PBE, and allied products
• Manage customer inventory and improve stocking and delivery efficiency
• Provide high-frequency customer service through deliveries and on-site support
• Drive adoption of electronic ordering platforms and promotions
• Maintain strong relationships and ensure safe work practices
