Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise and develop a team of hourly inspectors in our Inspection Center. You will guide daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and timely production, and partner with the Inspection Center GM to make quality-based decisions on inventory.

You''ll coach, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and uphold Carvana's values in a fast-paced environment while supporting a high-volume, high-quality reconditioning process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly and monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team; identify strengths/weaknesses and areas for improvement.
• Provide coaching, development and performance management; give feedback to demonstrate desired skills.
• Create a work environment that supports positive communication, team cohesion, and adherence to Carvana's Values.
