Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct caller to appropriate department or take a thorough message.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Communicates with ALL guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
• Other duties as requested by management.
