Qualifications

• Customer service experience required

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct caller to appropriate department or take a message
• Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit
• Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
• Communicate with all guests and callers in a professional, friendly and compassionate manner
• Other duties as requested by management
