Baxter Ford West Dodge is seeking a motivated Receptionist to warmly greet guests, direct calls, and connect customers with the right team member. You will be the first friendly face in our dealership, handling inquiries and coordinating with sales and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to appropriate department or take a thorough message.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Communicates with ALL guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
• Other duties as requested by management.
