Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep is seeking an Automotive Receptionist to greet guests by phone and in person, delivering a friendly and professional first impression. The role will primarily answer calls, direct guests, and support other departments as needed in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone system; determine caller’s needs and route to the appropriate department.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
