Job Description

The Empire Automotive Group Nissan of Hillside, NJ is seeking a Receptionist Cashier, a dedicated professional with strong interpersonal skills who shares our company’s passion for excellence. Your Daily Work Schedule

  • Answer incoming calls and greet customers professionally.
  • Review and manage appointments, confirming or rescheduling as needed, and complete daily phone activities.
  • Handle customer concerns and communicate with management when necessary.
  • Ensure proper payment authorization and complete daily reports.
  • Address customer concerns, providing solutions and alternatives promptly using dealership’s CRM, phone, text, and email.
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and track the progress of concerns until resolved.
  • Proactively engage customers when needs are identified.
  • Collaborate with dealership staff to resolve customer questions or concerns.
  • Understand the automotive manufacturer’s standards for customer satisfaction.
