HireTalent is seeking an experienced Recall Service Investigator to join our Auburn Hills facility. You will review safety investigations, assess root causes and remedies, and coordinate recall projects with cross-functional teams on-site.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on automotive diagnostic/repair experience, 5–8 years OEM automotive exposure, and strong project management skills. This role requires multi-task leadership and precise execution in a fast-paced recall environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Technology or other Technical field.
• 5-8 years OEM automotive experience including service engineering, vehicle engineering or related."
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work onsite at Auburn Hills facility.

Responsabilidades

• Review safety investigations to assess root causes and remedy options and service impact.
• Conduct Recall Service analysis including repair procedures, engineering reports, and parts catalogs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define remedy solutions and required parts and repair operations.
• Coordinate and lead multiple safety recall activities with on-time delivery.
• Coordinate labs, tools, vehicles, and parts to support remedy trials and vehicle inspections.
• Participate in lab events as lead or support and document next steps.
• Track milestone activities, identify risks, and provide status updates.
• Back up Advanced Service Methods Manager, chair Remedy Steering Committee meetings, and maintain logs.
