Job summary

Crossroads Automotive Group is seeking a results-driven Quick Lane Department Manager at our Wake Forest, NC location. You will oversee all aspects of the Quick Lane department, monitor daily sales, gross profit, and expenses, and collaborate with other managers to optimize operations.

You will also address customer concerns, maintain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives, and ensure repair orders are up to date while leading and coaching service staff to meet dealership

Qualifications

• Two or more years in automotive industry required.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Management experience a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Quick Lane department.
• Monitor sales, gross profit, and expenses daily.
• Work with other department managers to coordinate efforts.
• Handle customer concerns requiring management involvement.
• Maintain positive relationships with manufacturer representatives.
• Keep open repair orders current.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor performance of service staff.
• Maintain training and certification per manufacturer and dealer standards.
