Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; an associate's degree is preferred.
• Experience with CMM programming and operating PC‑DMIS software is required.
• Blue print reading and gauge measurement proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Manager and Team Leader on quality issues on the production floor.
• Ensure nonconforming materials are reviewed and dispositioned per procedures.
• Write corrective actions and lead problem-solving teams for nonconforming materials.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve product issues affecting operations and customer quality.
• Support the Quality System via audits and improvement activities.
• Interact with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and vendors professionally.
• Inspect incoming production parts and determine disposition.
• Write CMM programs and analyze data to communicate changes to vendors and Engineering.
