Job summary

Metalex Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CMM Programming & Quality professional to join our Quality team in Cincinnati, OH.

You will plan offline CMM programs, perform inspections and ensure products meet customer specs. You will work with PC‑DMIS/Polyworks, interpret GD&T on aerospace drawings, and collaborate with engineers, inspectors and machinists to troubleshoot issues and improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience programming/operating a CMM using PC-DMIS/Polyworks.

Responsibilities

• Create CMM Inspection programs offline using PC‑DMIS and Polyworks from 3D CAD.
• Keep the Quality team at the leading edge of CMM programming technology.
• Create CMM Programs that are operator friendly and ensure dimensional integrity.
