Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and understand blueprints.
• Able to work in both team and independent settings.
• Proficient with basic and complex gauges (micrometers, calipers, go/no-go gauging).

Responsibilities

• Investigate and verify quality issues on the production floor.
• Dispositon of nonconforming materials in review board areas and tracking.
• Write corrective actions and lead problem-solving teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve product issues affecting operations.
• Support Quality System improvements through audits and other activities.
• Interact with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and vendors.
• Inspect and disposition incoming production parts.
• Write CMM programs and analyze measurement data for vendors and Engineering.
