Job summary

Holley Performance Brands is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for full-time work in Bowling Green, KY. The role collaborates with manufacturing and industrial engineering teams to support multiple facilities and improve processes.

The candidate will design tooling, program CAM/CNC, create routings and BOMs, and assist with vision systems and lean initiatives. A mechanical or industrial engineering degree and CAD/CAM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related technology preferred.
• Equivalent combination of 2-year degree and work experience will be considered.
• Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CAD, data analysis programs and related software.
• Experience with vision systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and/or test tooling and equipment and plan manufacturing processes in a designated area of the plant.
• Provide technical support for plant operations.
• CAD design of tooling and work holding for CNC, assembly and manufacturing processes.
• CAM programming of CNC milling machines and lathes.
• Direct the development and/or improvements of manufacturing processes and equipment for assigned areas.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes related to carburetor assembly, flow testing, and quality control.
• Create and update product routings, bills-of-material, and work instructions.
• Assist with implementation and programming of vision systems and automated inspection tools.
• Participate in process improvement, future state planning, capacity planning, and cost reduction efforts.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events, 5S, and lean manufacturing projects.
• Evaluate expenditures for processes and/or equipment.
• Support of tube bending/fabricating and warehousing/distribution may be required.

Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an opening for a Manufacturing Engineer.

Holley Performance Brands is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a full-time role within an aftermarket automotive organization in Bowling Green, KY. This role works collaboratively with the manufacturing and industrial engineering teams, supporting multiple facilities in Bowling Green.

This position will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, including the following responsibilities:

• Design and/or testing of tooling and equipment and/or planning the manufacturing processes in a designated area of the manufacturing plant.
