Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering.
• 2+ years in testing/validation and test method development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Automotive domain knowledge and ability to work with unionized workforce.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Project) and Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with HVAC, cooling, intake/exhaust systems.
• Design for Six Sigma and project management exposure.
• Ability to lead cross-functional meetings and document project progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project meetings and coordinate schedules.
• Identify and analyze system requirements and deliverables.
• Lead warranty issue resolution and corrective actions.
• Review product/process changes and update control plans.
