Job summary

Molex is seeking a dynamic Project Manager for the Transportation Innovative Solutions division in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will lead cross-functional teams through design, validation, and implementation of products into manufacturing processes.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• 3+ years in engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain or project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary projects with schedule and budget objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project scopes meeting timing, financials, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish ownership, decision rights, and accountability across the project team to deliver commitments.
• Develop and maintain an integrated project plan aligning milestones, resources, risks and dependencies across functions.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive mitigation or recovery plans.
• Facilitate timely project decisions and escalations with clear facts and options.
• Manage scope changes while aligning with customer expectations and business value.
• Lead readiness reviews and phase reviews with transparent status and risks.
• Partner on product launch strategy and execution with Design Center PM.
• Maintain communication and documentation among team members, customers and leadership.
• Own project financial performance including BOM cost, development and industrialization investments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Project Management, or a related technical field
