Job summary

Samsung SDI America Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to implement management processes for local ESS manufacturing programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with global development teams, monitor KPIs for product realization, and drive continuous improvements across timing, cost, and quality throughout the product development lifecycle. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or engineering.
• 5+ years of project management experience across product development, production and quality processes.
• Experience in automotive industry and APQP is required.
• ISO 16949 familiarity is a plus.
• PMI PMP certification is a plus.
• Hybrid electronics or advanced battery technology experience preferred.
• English and Korean bilingual preferred; English required.
• Proficiency in MS Office to track and analyze plans; MS Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, initiate and drive processes to achieve program targets for timing, cost and quality.
• Provide expert leadership coordinating cross-functional teams from Sales, Finance, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Manufacturing.
• Gain support for program controls and ensure all groups understand interconnected processes.
• Create a detailed rollout plan and track progress using PM tools.
• Ensure customer and company requirements for cost, quality, timing and scope.
• Coordinate with internal/external resources to meet milestones and timing.
