Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field is required.
• 4–9 years of program/project management experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs per SOW, timing, cost, and quality.
• Define scope, plans, risks, and milestones with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources across projects.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Transition ownership to manufacturing/ops post-launch.
