Job summary

LG Display America seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary programs across the full product lifecycle for automotive initiatives. You will own program plans, coordinate with HQ and customers, and drive timing, quality, and delivery commitments.

You will collaborate with engineering and supplier teams, manage risks, ensure compliance with IATF 16949, Automotive SPICE, ISO 17025, and deliver value with transparent status reporting. Travel to sites or HQ may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; three additional years of relevant technical experience accepted.
• Engineering or technical degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for business-related issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with HQ and provide status updates on projects and customer feedback.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives across the product lifecycle.
• Own and manage programs including planning, milestones, and production readiness.
• Coordinate meetings between LG Display and customers and ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer-specific requirements such as IATF 16949, Automotive SPICE, ISO 17025.
