Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• 5–7 years of program management or related industry experience.
• Automotive end-to-end product launch experience preferred; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan project milestones and allocate functions to meet launch goals within scope, time, quality, and budget.
• Develop and maintain high-fidelity P/L cost models; simulate scenarios and present cost/sales insights to executives.
• Lead business plan budgeting and cross-functional program reviews with customers and internal teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Purchasing.
• Create and maintain Open Issues List and Master Program Timelines; manage risks and escalations.
