Job summary

LG Display America, Inc. seeks a seasoned Program Manager to own and drive large-scale programs from award through series production.

You will coordinate with HQ, supplier selection, design reviews, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, risk management, and leadership skills, with a focus on automotive/electronics program execution and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in engineering/related field.
• Minimum 5 years of program/project management experience in automotive or electronics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary program leader across full product lifecycle from award to series production.
• Coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams to meet timing, quality, and cost goals.
• Maintain program plans, milestones, and resource requirements; communicate status and risks.
