Dorman Products is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator/Manager for an onsite role in Colmar, PA. You will support planning and execution of product development initiatives and lead team meetings across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing.

Responsibilities include tracking milestones, preparing reports, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy in Monday.com. A 1–3 year track record in coordination plus a Bachelor's degree and PMP/CAPM interest are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of coordination or project support experience (internships included).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• PMP or CAPM certification or interest in pursuing one.

• Support project planning and execution for product development initiatives.
• Track project milestones and update schedules.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting materials.
• Lead recurring team meetings and share updates.
• Coordinate tasks with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing.
• Monitor risks and communicate delays or issues to PM.
• Maintain data in Monday.com and build dashboards/reports.
• Facilitate cross-department communication for alignment and delivery.
• Support continuous improvement of workflows and collaboration.
