Dorman Products is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support execution for new product development initiatives in Colmar, PA. This entry-level role helps ensure launches and smaller projects are delivered on time and within scope; it is an onsite position requiring presence in Colmar.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing, lead small initiatives, track milestones, prepare reports, and build dashboards in Monday.com.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or consumer products.
• Strong organizational and time management with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with Smartsheet, Jira, and Monday.com.
• Exposure to ERP/PLM systems (SAP, Oracle, Windchill).
• Understanding of product lifecycle processes.
• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds for sample handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-scale product development initiatives from start to finish.
• Track milestones, update schedules, and maintain timelines.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting materials.
• Lead recurring team meetings and provide updates.
• Coordinate tasks with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing.
• Monitor risks and report delays to PM.
• Maintain data in Monday.com and build dashboards.
• Foster cross-department communication for alignment.
• Support continuous workflow improvements.
