Job summary

Dorman Products is offering a 10-week product management internship based in Colmar, PA, with a mix of in-office and remote work (4 days in the office, 1 day virtual). This early-career role supports the GROW SBU on projects to validate and support product initiatives, beginning in late May 2027.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business or related field, preferably in their 3rd year, with an interest in automotive aftermarket.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Prefer a 3rd-year student.
• Automotive interest is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the GROW SBU team with special projects and initiatives.
• Identify ROI, process improvements, and collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
• Assist product team in understanding competitive market landscape and trends.
• Manage multiple projects to transition products from development into production.
• Other duties as assigned.
