Job summary

Dorman Products in Colmar, PA is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support product development initiatives and lead smaller-scale projects onsite. You will track milestones, prepare status reports, and coordinate across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in coordination or project support, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with Smartsheet/Jira/Monday.com; PMP/CAPM is a plus.

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or consumer product environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution for product development initiatives, including leading smaller-scale initiatives from start to finish.
• Track project milestones, update schedules, and help maintain clear timelines.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, status reports, and meeting materials.
• Lead recurring team meetings, sharing project updates and recommendations with the team.
• Coordinate tasks with internal teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing.
• Monitor project risks and communicate potential delays, bottlenecks, or issues to the Sr. Project Manager/PM.
• Help ensure accurate and up-to-date project data within Monday.com.
• Support data and analytics needs, including building and maintaining project dashboards and reports.
• Facilitate communication across departments to support project alignment and delivery.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in project workflows and team collaboration.
• Other duties assigned by Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager.
