Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience leading a complex manufacturing plant or major operation.
• Measurable improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for plant operations including production, quality, engineering, maintenance, safety, delivery, and cost performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligning with company goals and customer requirements.
• Ensure plant meets quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain ISO compliance and adherence to customer-specific quality systems.
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, problem-solving, standard work, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and manage annual operating plan, budget, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Oversee plant P&L, cost control, labor efficiency, inventory, and productivity.
