The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-oriented leader with proven plant P&L ownership, strong Lean/continuous improvement experience, and a track record of delivering sustainable improvements in quality, cost, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience leading a complex manufacturing plant or major operation.
• Track record of measurable improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Knowledge of automotive quality and launch methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans).
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise.
• Experience leading new product launches in automotive environments.
• Strong plant financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L responsibilities.
• Leadership and development of high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced automotive setting with accountability.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for plant operations across production, quality, engineering, maintenance, materials, safety, delivery, and cost performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with objectives and customer requirements.
• Ensure quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets are met.
• Maintain ISO and customer quality system compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving and standardized work.
• Monitor KPIs and manage the annual operating plan and budget.
• Oversee plant P&L and financial performance.
• Lead launches of new products and programs with customer requirements.
• Foster a safe, accountable, high-performing culture.
