Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Plant General Manager for a major automotive manufacturing operation in Kentucky. This hands-on leader will drive production, quality, safety, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership of a complex manufacturing plant or major operation.
• Track record of improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity and profitability.
• Working knowledge of automotive quality and launch methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans).
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement background.
• Experience leading new product launches in automotive manufacturing.
• Strong plant-level financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for plant operations across production, quality, engineering, maintenance, materials, safety, delivery, and cost performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with objectives and growth.
• Ensure quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, problem‑solving, standard work, and waste reduction.
• Analyze processes and performance metrics to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Establish KPIs and management systems to monitor performance.
• Oversee annual operating plan, budget, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Ensure plant P&L accountability and cost control.
• Lead new product launches and supplier/customer collaboration.
• Maintain safe work environment and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a high‑performing, accountable, and growth‑minded team.
