Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Plant General Manager to lead a major automotive manufacturing operation in Kentucky. The role requires hands-on leadership across production, quality, safety, and engineering to meet customer expectations and financial targets.

The ideal candidate possesses deep automotive supplier experience, proven plant leadership, and a track record of operational improvements in quality, cost, delivery, productivity, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience leading a complex manufacturing plant or major operation.
• Track record delivering improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Working knowledge of automotive quality and launch methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans).
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement background.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for plant operations across production, quality, engineering, maintenance, materials, safety, delivery, and cost performance.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with customer requirements and growth goals.
• Drive improvements to quality, delivery, productivity, and cost while maintaining safety.
• Maintain ISO and customer quality systems compliance and lead problem‑solving initiatives.
• Lead new product launches and automotive launches ensuring successful production readiness.
