Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience leading a complex plant.
• Track record of improving quality, cost, safety, productivity.
• Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and control plans.
• Strong Lean and continuous improvement background.
• Experience with automotive launches and customer requirements.
• Plant-level financial management and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent leadership and people development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership for plant operations across production, quality, engineering, maintenance, safety, and cost.
• Develop operational strategies aligning with objectives and growth.
• Ensure quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets meet or exceed.
• Maintain ISO compliance and customer-specific quality systems.
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma, waste reduction, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Analyze processes and metrics to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Establish KPIs and management systems to monitor performance.
• Oversee annual operating plan, budget, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Manage plant P&L, labor, scrap, inventory and productivity.
• Address customer quality issues, warranty and delivery concerns.
• Lead new product and program launches from launch through production.
• Ensure automotive launch and quality process execution (APQP, etc).
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, sales, materials and operations for programs.
• Maintain a safe work environment and compliance.
• Prepare for emergencies and supply disruptions.
• Develop and retain employees; foster trust and accountability.
• Set performance expectations and coach leadership.
• Communicate across organization and promote open communication.
• Identify and resolve operational, quality, customer and performance issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Promote a performance-driven culture.
