SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Plant General Manager to lead a high‑performing automotive manufacturing facility. You will direct production, quality, safety, delivery, and cost performance while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a hands‑on leadership style, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in quality, cost, and throughput within a complex automotive setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience leading a complex manufacturing plant or major operation.
• Track record of improving quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Experience with automotive quality and launch methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans).
• Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence expertise.
• Experience leading new product launches in automotive.
• Strong plant-level financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for plant operations across production, quality, engineering, maintenance, materials, safety, delivery, and cost.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives and customer requirements.
• Ensure quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Analyze processes and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities in key areas.
• Establish KPIs and management systems to monitor performance and drive accountability.
• Develop and manage the plant's annual operating plan, budget, and financial performance.
• Oversee monthly and annual plant P&L, cost control, labor, scrap, overtime, inventory, and productivity.
• Respond effectively to customer quality issues, warranties, and delivery escalations.
• Lead new product launches and ensure successful production ramp‑up and launch processes.
• Foster a safe work environment and compliance with safety policies and regulations.
