Client Growth Resources, Inc. in Lexington, KY seeks a Plant General Manager to lead a complex automotive manufacturing operation.

This hands-on leader will drive quality, cost, delivery, safety, and profitability while building high-performing teams and sustaining continuous improvement across production, engineering, maintenance, and quality. The role requires proven plant leadership, strong financial acumen, and extensive experience with automotive launches, quality systems, and Lean

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
Proven leadership of a complex plant.
Track record of improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, and profitability.
Knowledge of automotive quality and launch methodologies.
Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence expertise.
Experience with new product launches in automotive.
Plant financial management including budgeting and P&L.
Ability to lead, motivate, retain high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to delegate while maintaining accountability.
Professionalism, integrity, tact, and diplomacy.
Thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Understanding of quality, safety, delivery, productivity, and cost systems.

Mansioni

Provide overall leadership for plant operations across multiple functions.
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned to company goals.
Ensure plant meets quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
Maintain ISO compliance and customer-specific requirements.
Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Lead Lean/Six Sigma driven initiatives and problem-solving.
Analyze processes and metrics to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability.
Establish KPIs and monitor plant performance.
Oversee annual operating plan, budget, and financial performance.

Address customer quality issues and escalation effectively.
Lead new product launches from program through production.
Ensure automotive launches meet APQP/PPAP requirements.

Prepare for emergencies and supply disruptions.
