Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Plant General Manager for an automotive manufacturing operation in Lexington, KY. The role requires proven leadership of a complex plant, strong focus on quality, safety, delivery, and cost control, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience leading a complex manufacturing plant or major operation.
• Track record of delivering improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Experience with automotive quality and launch methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans).
• Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for plant operations, including production, quality, engineering, maintenance, materials, safety, delivery and cost performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives and customer requirements.
• Ensure plant meets quality, delivery, productivity, cost and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and customer quality systems.
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and problem solving.
• Monitor KPIs and manage the annual operating plan, budget and financial performance.
• Oversee plant P&L, cost control, labor efficiency, inventory and productivity.
• Lead new product and program launches from launch through production.
