Qualifications
- Proven leadership of a complex manufacturing plant or operation.
- Track record of improving quality, safety, productivity, and profitability.
- Working knowledge of automotive quality and launch methods (APQP/PPAP/FMEA).
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise.
- Experience with new product launches in automotive environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership for plant operations including production, quality, safety, delivery, cost, and engineering.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with customer requirements and growth.
- Ensure plant meets quality, delivery, and cost objectives and maintain ISO/compliance standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and problem solving.
- Establish KPIs and manage the plant’s annual operating plan and P&L.
