Accounting Search seeks a Plant General Manager for a major automotive manufacturing operation in Kentucky. The role leads production, quality, safety, delivery, cost, and engineering while driving continuous improvement to meet customer and company expectations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-oriented leader with proven success in a complex automotive environment and strong financial management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience leading a complex automotive plant or major manufacturing operation.
• Demonstrated track record delivering improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Working knowledge of automotive quality and launch methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans) and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership for plant operations including production, quality, engineering, maintenance, materials, safety, delivery, and cost performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to support objectives and growth.
• Ensure plant meets quality, delivery, productivity, cost and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain accountability for ISO standards and customer quality requirements.
• Drive a culture of quality, customer focus, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence initiatives.
