Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a hands-on Plant General Manager for our Lexington, KY manufacturing facility. You will lead production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive customer satisfaction, cost control, and on-time delivery.

A strong track record in automotive manufacturing and P&L ownership is essential. You will build and guide high-performing teams, implement lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience leading a complex manufacturing plant or major manufacturing operation.
• Track record of delivering improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Knowledge of automotive quality and launch methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans).
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement background.

• Provide leadership for plant operations across production, quality, engineering, maintenance, materials, safety, delivery and cost.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and customer requirements.
• Ensure plant meets quality, delivery, productivity, cost and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Maintain accountability for ISO standards, customer requirements, and quality systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving and standard work.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and KPIs to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, throughput and profitability.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and management systems; manage annual operating plan, budget, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams with a culture of trust and accountability.
• Prepare for and manage plant emergencies, supply disruptions, and production interruptions.
• Ensure successful new product launches and adherence to automotive launch processes (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans).
