MDS Staffing is seeking a Plant General Manager in Lexington, KY to lead a major automotive manufacturing operation. You will drive overall plant performance across production, quality, safety, and cost, while delivering growth and customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong Lean/CI background, and proven success in managing complex manufacturing plants with P&L responsibility.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience leading a complex manufacturing plant.
• Track record of delivering improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Knowledge of automotive quality and launch methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans).
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise.
• Experience with new product launches in automotive.
• Plant-level financial management and P&L responsibility.
• Strong people leadership and team development.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
