Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and proven leadership of a complex manufacturing operation.
Demonstrated track record delivering improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, and profitability.
Knowledge of automotive quality and launch methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans).
Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise, with ownership of launches.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for plant operations including production, quality, engineering, maintenance, safety, and cost.
Develop and execute operational strategies aligning with customer requirements and growth.
Ensure plant meets quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements; drive continuous improvement.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and standard work.
