You will use POS and inventory tools, build customer relationships to drive loyalty, and support store operations including order fulfillment in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries using delivery management systems and assist with order fulfillment.
