Carter Motors, a leading automotive dealership, is seeking a motivated Subaru Parts Consultant to join the team in Seattle. You will be the key contact for customers and technicians regarding Subaru parts and accessories, manage inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include helping technicians retrieve parts, advising customers on parts, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Competenze

• Previous automotive parts department experience preferred (Subaru or similar).
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and POS systems.
• WA state driver’s license required; clean driving abstract.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Mansioni

• Assist service technicians by quickly and accurately retrieving parts.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on parts and accessories.
• Maintain organized parts inventory and ensure availability of frequently used parts.
• Process and fulfill parts orders in-person and online with accurate records.
• Collaborate with service department to ensure timely parts availability.
• Keep Subaru product knowledge up-to-date, including new parts and accessories.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reduce discrepancies.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty parts per policy.
• Assist in organizing promotional displays and campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address questions promptly.
